CANTAR DEL CARMEN is a coffee farm lacated in the Tequendama Andean mountains of Cundinamarca, Colombia. beyond 1800 meters above the sea level.

칸타 델 카르멘은 쿤 디나 마르카, 콜롬비아의 해발 1,800m 이상 테켄다마 안데스 산맥 에 위치한 커피 농장입니다. .

 

Crystal streams run through cedar and walnut woods.

크리스탈 물줄기는 삼나무와 호두 숲을 관통해 흐릅니다. 

 

Soft fog waves produce fast weather changes creating a unique microclimate that gives our coffee its intense aroma, sweetness, body and acidity.

향은 단향이 잘 올라오고, 건포도와 카라멧의 느낌 향신료의 느낌이 나면서도 뒤쪽에서는 무게감이 있었다.

 

맛은 산미가 부각되어 옥타브가 좀 있어서 자몽을 연상시켰으며, 건포도의 느낌, 맑고, 다크초콜렛이 느껴졌다. 견과류는 어느정도의 존재감만 있었다.
